For two decades, our family has been fortunate to travel to and rent at Sea Colony. We’ve enjoyed the incredible amenities, playing tennis and pickle ball, swimming at the many indoor and outdoor pools, and enjoying the private beach access. Now, we invite you to experience that same fun at our homes we like to call “Serving Sand”.

The Story
Two homes, one vision.
Serving 22 started with a simple idea: create beach homes where families can truly unwind. Not a hotel experience, not a sterile rental — but a place that feels like your own, with every detail considered.
The West side offers a slightly different vibe from the East, but both share the same commitment to comfort, cleanliness, and that unmistakable feeling of being steps from the ocean. We designed each space so groups can spread out during the day and come together in the evening.
Whether it is your first visit or your tenth, we want every stay to feel like coming home to the shore.
